Jason has 15 years experience from pubs to Michelin star kitchens all over London at management levels which give him the best of both worlds, while also being skilled in modern French and English cuisine.
But Jason aspires to be one of the worlds top Caribbean chefs, wanting to bring Caribbean cuisine its first ever Michelin star. Whist Jason holds a clear passion for Caribbean cuisine there is also a frustration, that not enough Caribbean chefs make the most of the exciting flavors and cultural influences Caribbean cuisine has to offer.
