My name is Dzintars Kristovskis from Latvia. I started as a cook 11 years ago in some chain fast food restaurants to get away from responsibilities that had to do with my previous career choice. Since then I’ve been working as a line cook in different establishments and wondering – is this what’s cooking all about? Collecting your paycheck and going home?
Then four years ago I came to this place (my current job), where I was given freedom to express myself (the owner must have been insane at the time, or a genius), so you can see the evolution and the progress.
