My name is Gerard Vack, and I am a young athlete, fighter, and Venezuelan model.
I believe the character of a man determines his destination. I consider myself a man with attitude and aptitude to achieve my goals.
My motto is always to smile but smiles not only for photos, smiling about life. Life is full of expressions, and you can feel them and reflect them.
I identify with the world of photography and the burden of creativity or expressions that can be achieved.
A photo shoot goes beyond posing, it’s alive and full of feeling.
Often the photographs speak for them-self, without words.
I am a 27-year-old Venezuelan model, currently residing in Barcelona, Spain.
I graduated in Advertising and Marketing, and I’ve always worked in the area of events.
Two years ago I started in the modeling industry. I was working as an animator at a private event when a photographer saw me and gave me a proposal for an editorial reportage shoot.
Since then I have gained practical experience, assisting at agencies, castings, and small jobs.
I have worked and collaborated with designers and artists like Aleskander Jacob (designer), Sabrina Saree (designer), Raquel Lopez (make-up artist). Antonio Madrigal (Barber) and photographers such as Venezuelan, Anibal Velasquez, Gavin Harrison, England and Edmund Edwards of Australia.
Tamas Pataki from Frans and Spanish photographer Yoye Martin. I recently posed for photographer Norman Panlilio, from New Zealand.
Some brands I’ve worked with:
Modes Vivendi (underwear), Homo Naturals, (men’s cosmetics ) and Brazooka (swimsuits).
I also modelled for the Cosmobelleza 2015 Spanish stylist event winner, Antonio Madrigal.
In 2015, I modelled for make-up artist Raquel Lopez, in the makeup and beauty Forum contest. It was a contest, for winners nationwide.
Recently I won the Photo Model Award 2016, held last April, at the Hotel El Palace in Barcelona.
During the event, they presented the sixth edition of, Portfolios Magazine, on which cover I appear.
I keep dreaming and working to continue to achieve my goals. Over weekends, I work in a bar as a promoter, but my dream has always been the modeling and photography industry.
Beginning of 2016, the team of Men & Underwear did a fun interview with me, which you can read at the link below. You can also have a look at some of my best pictures.
