My name is Stamatis Misomikes from Greece I am Passionate and creative chef raised in a culinary family I developed my interest in cooking at a very young age.
Through my travels, I developed my skills in several Michelin restaurants.
My style of cooking and plating is minimal with a touch of rustic, balanced and last but not least tasteful.
Bringing old flavors back to live, combining cooking techniques with the best local ingredients is my philosophy.
Used to see the food like a story, something to develop and share. In the end, create a memory.
